 Can I visit your studio?
Absolutely! We recommend it. This business was started on the basis of superb customer service. We work on a “By Appointment” basis in order to provide our clients undivided attention while they are in the studio. Our schedule is flexible and we do have evening and Saturday appointments.
I’m on a tight budget and wonder what is out there I can afford. Can you work with me?
CALL US!!!! There are many little things you can do to maximize your budget. Let us help you. No, you can’t get letterpress invitations for the cost of copy paper, but we do have plenty of ideas on what you can do to keep within your budget. We do want you to have the best invitations for your special event!
What about errors in the design?
We make every effort to proof everything as thoroughly as possible, and all materials must receive a sign-off from the client before going to print. If a mistake is made, which is not on the sign-off sheet signed by the client, we will take responsibility for it. However, if the error was not caught by the client before signing off, then it becomes the responsibility of the client.
Is there a minimum number of pieces I have to order?
For invitations on the web…….absolutely not. You can order as few as one and as many as you could possibly need.
Will you stuff, stamp, seal and address my invitations for me?
